"Finding My Major" by K'Myra Smith

K’Myra is a sophomore at Mississippi State University. She is originally from Cleveland, Mississippi, but moved to Memphis, Tennessee at the age of three. She is majoring in Animal and Dairy Science with a concentration in Veterinary Medical Technology. She is interested in agriculture, animal health, and sustainability. She also enjoys studying linguistics and looking at how language is used in everyday life. After graduation, she hopes to work with animals in a clinical or agricultural setting.
